The End of an Era…

OK so this is me starting over. My name is Peter Greenley and I was formally the owner (since 2015) of Stanton Hope Ltd. That company sadly is now under new ownership following a difficult year in 2018.

Most of the business there was done via a trade counter in Essex, with a second site in Kent. We struggled with a squeeze on margins and a drop in footfall, largely due to the competitive pressures of the internet.

There were other issues as well which we grappled with, compounded by the long hot summer of 2018, and by early 2019 we had gone as far as we could and had to call it a day.

Throughout my intention was always to offer superior customer service. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make the commercials stack up. The margins were too low and the overheads were too high for the level of turnover we had.

A Fresh New Start…

So here I am, a new page, a new website and a fresh start. My aim here is to start with a core selection of Tree Mark & Measure products for the Forestry industry and grow from there.

This business is built with the customer in mind. In all my personal interactions with customers I have always put their needs first and treated people in the same way that I would want to be treated.

This is the ethos of TreeMarker. We respect our customers and our desire is to offer a great selection of competitively priced products, and to maintain stock levels with the intention that we never run out.

Soft Launch

As we roll out the TreeMarker website, we are starting with a soft launch of a few select products. These include:
