Delivery - UK
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours using the delivery timescale selected at the checkout.
As far as possible, we will aim to process orders placed before 2pm, Monday – Friday, on the same working day. Later orders may still be processed but risk missing the collection time for our couriers.
We offer a range of delivery timescales, from Next Working Day delivery to 3-4 working days with delivery charges reflecting speed of delivery.
The options shown at the checkout depend on your postcode and on what is in your basket: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days), Royal Mail Tracked 24 (aims to deliver the next working day), Next Working Day (mainland Great Britain only, including heavier parcels), Economy (3-4 working days) and Parcelforce (2-3 working days).
Free Delivery in 2-3 Days available on orders over £120 + VAT (cut-off time is 2pm) to mainland Great Britain, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and Northern Ireland. To the Scottish Highlands and islands, parcels over 2 kg take 3-4 days. Mainland orders that qualify for free delivery can also choose Next Working Day delivery at a reduced price.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for eligible orders and is offered subject to Royal Mail's service level, with guaranteed next working day delivery for all orders dispatched between Monday and Friday. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Special Delivery is available for parcels up to 2 kg and is not offered to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Shipping costs reflect the dimensions & weight of the consignment, with lighter, smaller items costing less than heavier or larger products, in line with the charges levied by our couriers.

VAT is charged at the standard UK rate of 20%, apart from the Channel Islands where the VAT is 0%.
Delivery – Scottish islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scilly
Scottish islands (including the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, Skye, Mull, Islay and Arran): Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) or Tracked 24. Free delivery as above, taking 2-3 working days for parcels up to 2 kg and 3-4 working days for heavier parcels. Next Working Day and Special Delivery are not available.
Northern Ireland: Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-3 working days. Free delivery as above. Next Working Day and Special Delivery are not available.
Isles of Scilly: Royal Mail Tracked 48 for parcels up to 5 kg, 2-3 working days. Free delivery and Next Working Day are not available.
Deliveries to the islands can take longer when ferries or flights are disrupted.
Delivery – Channel Islands and Isle of Man
We deliver to Jersey and Guernsey by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for parcels up to 10 kg, and to the Isle of Man for parcels up to 2 kg, in 2-3 working days. Free delivery is not available. Orders to the Channel Islands are charged VAT at 0%; orders to the Isle of Man are charged UK VAT.
Restricted items
Because of carrier restrictions, some items can only be delivered within Great Britain (excluding the Isles of Scilly). We cannot send them to Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK. If your basket contains one of these items, the checkout shows only the delivery options that can carry it.
Delivery – EU
TreeMarker ships to all countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Orders destined for EU Member States will be delivered in 3-7 working days. We can deliver orders up to 10 kg to EU countries; for heavier orders, please contact us.
Shipping costs reflect the charges levied by our couriers, based on the weight of the consignment.
For orders in the EU we no longer charge VAT, but you may have to pay import VAT before the courier can complete the delivery. Import VAT will be charged at the local rate and the courier will contact you with regards the amount and payment before they can deliver the parcel to you.
Delivery – Rest of World
Orders destined for the Rest of World will be delivered in 7-14 working days, depending on location. Weight limits vary by country; if the checkout does not offer a delivery option for your order, please contact us for a quote.
Shipping costs reflect the charges levied by our couriers, based on the weight of the consignment.
We do not charge VAT on exports, but import duties and VAT may be charged at the local rate and the courier will contact you with regards the amount and payment before they can deliver the parcel to you.
USA: we normally send by FedEx, usually arriving in 2-5 working days; smaller parcels may go by Royal Mail, which can take a little longer. US import duties may be charged on every parcel, whatever its value; where they have not been prepaid, the carrier will contact you to collect them before delivery.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 28 days of the day you receive the goods. We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them; we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
If you decide you want to return something, please email us at sales@treemarker.co.uk, including your order number, what you would like to return and why, and include any pictures if appropriate.
For items that are faulty or damaged, TreeMarker will provide an appropriate courier label and pay for the shipping cost of the return.
In all other instances you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
Cancellations
Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 01727 575460 or emailing sales@treemarker.co.uk and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email).
If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.
