How do I pay?

We accept all major debit & credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard & American Express.

Can I pay on account with a purchase order?

If you would like to apply for a 30-day credit account, please email finance@treemarker.co.uk with a completed account application form, which you can find by clicking on the following link:

Please note we can only offer credit accounts to UK registered companies & charities, subject to credit check and status.

How can I tell if the items are in stock?

All items are in stock, unless otherwise stated.

The TreeMarker website is configured so you can only purchase in-stock items.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs reflect the dimensions & weight of the consignment, with lighter, smaller items costing less than heavier or larger products, in line with the charges levied by our couriers.

What are the delivery timescales?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours using the delivery timescale selected at the checkout.

As far as possible, we will aim to process orders placed before 3pm, Monday – Friday, on the same working day.

Later orders may still be processed but risk missing the collection time for our couriers.

We offer a range of delivery timescales, from Next Day Delivery to 3-5 working days with delivery charges reflecting speed of delivery.

International Shipping timescales vary by location.

Can I return my items?

You can return any item you purchase from TreeMarker within 30 days, for whatever reason.

If you have simply changed your mind, please note the items will need to be unused and in their original packaging.

If you decide you want to return something, please email us at sales@treemarker.co.uk, including your order number, what you would like to return and why, and include any pictures if appropriate.

If the items are faulty or damaged, TreeMarker will provide an appropriate courier label and pay for the shipping cost of the return.

In all other instances you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.

What if I have a complaint?

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, every time, based on what we promise to fulfil and deliver.

If you are not happy with our products or service, please do not hesitate to make contact and allow us the opportunity to rectify your complaint.
