Next Day Delivery

We are pleased to announce that we now offer a Next Day delivery service!

Having been trading for almost a year now, and with the volume to support a regular courier service, we have partnered with APC Overnight to deliver our parcels.

As before, we offer scale rates based on parcel weight, with shipping prices charged in line with the costs incurred by our couriers, and if you are not in a hurry you still have the option of cheaper, slower delivery times.

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75 + VAT

All mainland UK orders over £75 + vat (£90 gross) have the option of FREE Next Day Delivery.

Delivery to Northern Ireland and British Isles including the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight take slightly longer in 2-3 working days.

For all other orders, including International deliveries, our courier rates are competitive and based on the weight and delivery speed of the consignment.

GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR URGENT ORDERS

If you order is urgent and delivery is absolutely required for the next working day, we recommend using our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service for extra peace of mind.

Standard Next Day Delivery, whilst fast and reliable, is not guaranteed, whereas Royal Mail Special Delivery is. This option is available for consignments up to 2 KG in weight but excludes the Fluo Marker Spray paint as aerosols cannot be sent in the post.

In addition to our improved delivery options, we continue to expand our range of Forestry Tools & Equipment. Recent additions to the range include DBH Diameter Tape offered as loose (non-cased) tapes in 1.5m and 2.5m lengths, as well as expanding the range of colour options available in the Soppec Upright Fluo Marker Spray Paint.

We love to receive and respond to feedback from our customers, and two recent examples of this include offering Pre-Wired Aluminium Tree Tags and offering packs of 500 sequentially numbered tree tags in number ranges from 1001 up to 3000. Both of these amendments to our product range were in response to customer feedback and requests, so please continue to offer up your suggestions for improvement to our service and product offering!

As our business and customer base grows, so does the range of products that we are able to offer, with more products being added in due course.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All items are in stock unless otherwise stated. The TreeMarker website is configured to only purchases of in stock items. If you require multiples of an item, for example aluminium tree tags numbered 1-1000, and the number you add to your cart exceeds the number in stock available to buy, this will be highlighted to you at the checkout. You will then need to amend your order quantity until the amount ordered is the same or less than the amount of stock available to buy.

We endeavour to maintain our stock levels such that we meet customer demand. But in all cases, we consider it important to manage customer expectations, and since the lead times for purchasing the stock we sell can in some cases be weeks rather than days, we prevent customers placing orders for out of stock items in order to avoid disappointment and delay.

The checkout on our website is a simple and secure process.  We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.

The website is secured with HTTPS encryption as standard throughout, so you can navigate and shop with complete peace of mind.
